The Komets announced Monday that defenseman Chase Stewart has been removed from team suspension and has been activated to the Fort Wayne roster. Stewart, 21, made his pro debut with the Komets at the start of the season scoring four goals, 11 points and 33 penalty minutes in 20 games before being placed on team suspension in December to return to school. Stewart skated six OUAA (Ontario University Athletics Association) games while attending Lakehead University in Ontario.   Tip-A-Komet Tonight (Monday, March 11) at Duesy's-- Fans have a chance to be served by their favorite Komets tonight at Duesy's, 305 East Washington Center Road, from 6:30pm to 8pm. All tips will be donated to charity.
The week ahead-- The Komets hit the road for the week as they travel to Cincinnati for a 7:35pm faceoff Wednesday before skating back-to-back afternoon games at Brampton Saturday at 4:00 and Sunday at 2:00.
