1. A copy of these terms and conditions will be available at komets.com throughout the contest.

2. By participating in this competition (the "competition") between 6:15 PM EST on 3/29/25 to the start of the second period on 3/29/25 (inclusive), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. To enter the competition, you will need access to the internet. You can enter by scanning a QR code or visiting the komets.com/disneytrip where you will find the competition entry page.

4. The competition will entail the entrant visiting a link located at komets.com and entering the requested details. The winner will then be selected at random at the start of the second period on 03/29/25 from those who have entered the promotion.

5. When entering the competition, you acknowledge that your name, date of birth, zip code, email address and phone number (the “Personal Data”) will have been made available to Fort Wayne Komets (the “team”) and Fan Cave Tickets (the “sponsor”). All Personal Data will be held and used by the team in accordance with the team’s privacy policies. By submitting your details on entry to the contest you agree that from time to time, our partners (including the team), sponsors or associated companies may contact you with information regarding relevant goods and/or services we feel may be of interest to you.

6. One (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be rendered void. The prize is non-transferable and there will be no cash alternative or alternative prizes for any reason.

8. The winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries received. The winner must be at least 18 years old at time of entry or accompanied by a parent or guardian.

10. The winner must be in attendance at the Fort Wayne Komets game on 3/29/25 during the drawing and announcement of the winner.

11. The winner must claim the prize in person at the game on 03/29/25.

12. The winner will be contacted by the Fort Wayne Komets in person or by telephone during the game on 3/29/25.

13. The prize: One (1) winner will win a trip (the "trip") for four (4) to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.  Package includes airfare, two (2) night hotel stay, four (4) Walt Disney World Park Tickets for two (2) days each and ground transportation between the airport and hotel, and a $500 stipend. Travel must occur between June 1, 2025 and September 1, 2025. Travel dates must be selected no later than May 15, 2025 or the prize will be forfeited. Travel dates cannot be changed once selected. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $4,200.

14. The Fort Wayne Komets and Fan Cave Tickets bear no responsibility related to additional travel or other costs incurred during the trip.

15. Employees of the Fort Wayne Komets, including interns, part-time employees and contractors, and their immediate family are ineligible to win.

16. Acceptance of the prize authorizes the Fort Wayne Komets to publish the name of the winner and the winner consents to have publicity photographs and/or video images taken of them taken for use by the Fort Wayne Komets. Where consent is not provided, or where a winner does not wish to accept the prize, an alternative winner may be selected instead.

17. The team shall and sponsor not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations where the failure is caused by something outside their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

18. The team and the sponsor accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the team and the sponsor limited for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

19. The promoter is the Fort Wayne Komets.

20. INDEMNIFICATION - You hereby agree to indemnify and hold the ECHL and its teams, the team and its sponsors harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to: (A) your use of this Website, the products, Merchandise, Tickets and/or Services purchased via this Website; B) the competition and/or the prize; or (C) any alleged breach of this Agreement by you.
