Put your name up in lights on the scoreboard at a Komets game! Crazy Pinz Entertainment Center offers you the chance to have your name appear on the videoboard!

To make it happen, just fill out this form complete with the date of the game you will be attending. Your name will be up on the scoreboard during the game wishing you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!.

The form must be filled out completely and most importantly you must send in your request AT LEAST TWO BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE GAME OF YOUR CHOICE.
