The Komets announced to day that forward Marco Roy has been released from his PTO with the AHL's Chicago Wolves and will return to the Fort Wayne lineup. Roy appeared in four games during his brief stint with the Wolves scoring one assist. Roy started the season with the Komets and scored five goals and 12 points in 13 games prior to his call-up to Chicago on Dec. 6.
The Komets also announce that forward J.C. Campagna has been placed in injured reserve. Campagna leads the Komets with 14 goals and has added two assists for 16 points in 20 games.
Two home games this weekend-- The Komets host a home double-header weekend starting Friday when the Kalamazoo Wings visit for an 8pm faceoff. Saturday the Komets will welcome the Toledo Walleye to Sweetwater Ice at the Memorial Coliseum at 7:30pm.
